General terms and conditions

Welcome to blomsterkobenhavn.com – owned and operated by Florén Studio ApS (CVR: 45518795). Below you will find our current terms and conditions and information about returns, complaints, appeals and company information.
1. Ordering and Payment
All prices are in DKK and incl. VAT.
Payment is deducted when ordering. We accept:
- Dankort / VISA / Mastercard
- MobilePay
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
- Stripe
- Klarna
When ordering, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at blomsterikobenhvan@gmail.com.
2. Delivery
We deliver throughout Greater Copenhagen.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays are delivered the same day.
- Delivery: 75 DKK (free over 800 DKK)
- Delivery times: 10:00–14:00 or 14:00–18:00
- Pick-up in store is also possible (Guldbergsgade 12, 2200 KBH N)
3. Right of withdrawal and returns
According to Danish law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing online.
BUT: Fresh flowers are a perishable product and are therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal.
However, we offer a 1-day right of withdrawal if you receive an incorrect, damaged or unusable bouquet.
Requirements for returns:
- Contact us no later than 1 day after delivery
- Send an email to blomsterikobenhvan@gmail.com with:
- Order number
- Pictures of the bouquet
- Short description
Possible solutions:
- Redelivery
- Credit note
- Partial or full refund
4. Complaints and Warranty
As a consumer, you have a 2-year right of complaint according to the Danish Sales Act.
Defects and deficiencies must be reported as soon as possible and no later than 1 day after receipt for perishable products.
We do not cover:
- Natural deterioration/spoilage over time
- Damage caused by incorrect storage
- Taste-based assessments (e.g. "I expected more roses")
5. Right to complain
If you are dissatisfied, please contact us directly first – we will always try to find a solution.

If we do not find a solution, you can complain to:
1. A complaint about a product purchased from us can be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Klageløsning, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Center for Klageløsning via http://www.forbrug.dk/
2. The EU Commission's online complaint portal can also be used to submit a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints can be submitted here - http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
6. Limitation of liability
Florén Studio ApS is not responsible for:
- Indirect losses or consequences
- Incorrect delivery due to incomplete address information
- Delivery delays due to traffic or illness
- Goods delivered according to agreement (e.g. at the door)

We process your data in accordance with the GDPR.
- We only collect data necessary to complete your order
- We never share your information without consent
- You have the right to access, delete and correct
