How does weekday delivery work? - Order before 2 pm for same-day delivery in Copenhagen and the surrounding area, and before 12 pm for same-day delivery in North Zealand and Roskilde.
Can I have it delivered at the weekend? - Yes, for Saturday delivery, order no later than 12.
How much does personal delivery cost? - Personal delivery costs 75 kr in Copenhagen and 85 kr in North Zealand and Roskilde.
Can I add a card to my order? - Yes, write your personal wish - it's completely free.
Do you deliver anywhere in Denmark? - No, we offer delivery throughout Greater Copenhagen, North Zealand and Roskilde.
Can I collect my order myself? - Yes, you can pick up at our studio "Florén" located at Guldbergsgade 12, 2200, from 9 to 17.
Is delivery at a specific time possible? - No, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time. However, you can get a tracking number so you can follow the driver live and see where your delivery is.
Is the image on the product accurate? The picture is indicative. Style and flowers may vary with the season and availability.
Do you offer payment on collection? - Yes, to ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer you the option to pay on collection, so you can see your flowers before paying.
How do I contact customer service? - You can contact us via our chat or through the contact form on our website.
How do I extend the life of the flowers? - Change water daily, add preservative, avoid heat/sunlight and cool at night.
