Delivery: For funerals or interments, flowers are delivered at least 30 minutes before the ceremony. The church or chapel staff will arrange for the flowers to be placed and any cards to be passed on to the next of kin.

Price: Includes VAT, packaging and a nice card with a personal greeting.
Right of withdrawal

As a starting point, there is no right of withdrawal for cut flowers and bouquets, as this is the delivery of goods which must be assumed to deteriorate or become obsolete quickly. However, we offer that you can cancel the order before it begins. That is the cancellation applies to unused service and must be notified well in advance of delivery, no later than 5 hours before delivery time.

If you want to complain about your purchase, you must contact our customer service. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can lodge a complaint with relevant boards in the area, if the conditions for this are met.
We deliver personally and with care to all of Greater Copenhagen, North Zealand and Roskilde (postal codes 1000–4000).

Important information

• Delivery is made directly to the ceremony, so the flowers are in place on time.

• Always write the time of the ceremony in the order – this is very important for correct delivery.

• If delivery is to a private address, the flowers are placed in a safe place by the door where they are protected.
