If the recipient is not at home

The bouquet is placed in a safe place by the door where it is protected.
Right of withdrawal

As a general rule, there is no right of withdrawal for cut flowers, bouquets and other goods that deteriorate quickly. This is in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.

However, you have the option to cancel your order as long as processing has not yet begun. Cancellation must be made no later than 5 hours before the agreed delivery time. Please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form on our website or using the information provided in your order confirmation.

Return

If you regret the purchase of an item that is not covered by the exception (e.g. gift items or accessories that are not perishable), the item must be returned in unused condition and in original packaging to:

Jeg have promte brug for at få sendt en buket hjem til en af mine ansatte og det må man sige hun fik.
Bukketen var så fantastisk og den levede op til alle mine forventninger.
