Right of withdrawal

As a general rule, there is no right of withdrawal for cut flowers, bouquets and other goods that deteriorate quickly. This is in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.

However, you have the option to cancel your order as long as processing has not yet begun. Cancellation must be made no later than 5 hours before the agreed delivery time. Please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form on our website or using the information provided in your order confirmation.

Return

If you regret the purchase of an item that is not covered by the exception (e.g. gift items or accessories that are not perishable), the item must be returned in unused condition and in original packaging to:

Return costs are covered by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

The right to complain

If you wish to complain about your purchase, please first contact our customer service. We always strive to find a solution. If this is not successful, you can file a complaint with the Center for Complaints Resolution via www.forbrug.dk, provided that the conditions for this are met.

We deliver fresh flowers throughout Greater Copenhagen, North Zealand and Roskilde (postal codes 1000–4000).

• Copenhagen & surrounding area: 75 DKK (free for purchases over 800 DKK)

• North Zealand & Roskilde: 85 kr.

Order deadlines for same-day delivery

• Copenhagen & surrounding area: no later than 2 p.m.

• North Zealand & Roskilde: no later than 12 noon
