As a general rule, there is no right of cancellation for cut flowers and bouquets, as this involves the delivery of goods that can be assumed to deteriorate or become obsolete quickly. However, we offer the option of cancelling the order before it is started. This means that the cancellation applies to unused service and must be notified in good time before delivery, no later than 5 hours before delivery time.
